The Brewmaster's House was formerly addressed as 7 St Peter's Place. It is now off Broad Street (near The ICC Energy Centre), Birmingham, B15 1AY.
In brief
Dating back to 1816, the Brewmaster's House was the first building to be restored by the Birmingham Conservation Trust during 1983-84.
In Spring 2021, following many years of being vacant, HUSH Hair & Beauty has moved into The Brewmaster's House.

The Brewmaster's House - history
It dates to around 1816, although some sources say even earlier to 1800 or 1805.
It was built as the owners house and office of a small brewery. There used to be a brewery on the site of what is now the International Convention Centre.
Derelict until the early 1980s, it was restored by Remo Granelli for the Birmingham Conservation Trust from 1983 to 1984.
At the rear was a former cart shed with cast-iron columns and a slate roof. It was glazed in and extended by the City Architect in 1989. .
The Brewmaster's House has been a Grade II listed building since 1978.
