O'Neill's - history

The Granville was a Mitchells & Butlers public house built at the corner of Broad Street and Granville Street in 1923.

The architect was Arthur Edwards.

It still looks Jacobean, but it's been toned down, in white faience, original lamp brackets.

The building was locally listed by Birmingham City Council as Grade B.

It is next door to The Figure of Eight.
